Blue Burgundy Limited is a consutlancy company founded by Rob Young in 2019, bringing 30+ years of his medicinal chemistry and cross-disciplinary experience to drug discovery consulting and education.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Work undertaken includes strategic and general consutling for Biopharmaceutical companies of all sizes from startups to those amongst the “Big 10.”\u00a0 This has encompassed Scientific Advisory Boards, review bodies, embedding myself in programmes, and general advice.<\/p>\n
Additionally, in depth experience gained as an expert witness for international patent disputes on a major small molecule drug, throguh report writing, reviews, strategic advice and court appearances.<\/p>\n
A popular training course has been developed and customised\/delivered to more than a dozen companies, contract research organisations and academic institutes.<\/p>\n\n\n
To give something back to science through altruistic means, I hope my experience might impact through pro bono<\/em> help to non-profit organisations<\/a> and mentoring of young scientists through formal (e.g. EFMC & Vincent’s Club) and informal arrangements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Why the name Blue Burgundy?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n We will also share images and posts from Natural History adventures<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Watch this space for the new developments for Blue Burgundy and further updates of times spent in places for Nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
